We have established the fact that blood is 90% water. Same blood is responsible for delivering oxygen to all parts of the body. When you are dehydrated, less oxygen will be transported to different parts of your body which could result in what is medically known as ischemia. This condition can lead to other complications such as stroke.
Blood is also responsible for transporting nutrients to all parts of the body. Inadequate blood or insufficient water availability will deprive the cells from receiving their much-needed nutrients. This condition can lead to hunger. If this persists, it can lead to malnutrition and other health problems.
